The first session, titled "Maximum Performance HVAC Organizations," will be held Sept. 29-30. The course will help contractors "take a fresh look at [their] entire business operation and build a solid foundation for change."
The second session, titled "Maximum Performance HVAC Retail Selling," will be held Oct. 20-21. The course will show retail salespeople "how to develop and implement a strategic sales process."
