HOLLAND, Mich. - Hart & Cooley Inc., parent company of American Metal Products (AMP) and J&J Register, will consolidate the AmeriVent gas vent and chimney systems and the J&J Register brand. According to the company, the integration will provide wholesalers with an expanded product offering, new products, and consolidated shipping opportunities.

While AmeriVent and J&J Register will retain their manufacturing and brand identities, the shared distribution network will aim to simplify ordering for both product representatives and wholesalers. Hart & Cooley believe the move will also help to promote purchasing economies of scale to wholesale buyers.

AmeriVent gas vent and chimney systems support more than 350 complementary products, while J&J Register offers a line of residential and light commercial registers, grilles, diffusers, and related products, including a new line of extruded aluminum grilles, registers, and plastic registers.
