The NETA-01 Ethernet module works with any of the company’s drives that provide a fiberoptic link, communicating via a standard Web browser. One can be alerted to any critical drive alarm via e-mail. Users can set up a virtual monitoring room in any location where there’s a PC with an Internet connection, which enables remote monitoring, configuration, diagnostics, and control, when needed. The drive can provide information such as load level, run time, energy consumption, and I/O data. Up to nine drives can be connected to the Ethernet module. It is an option for new drives and an upgrade for existing systems.
