DALLAS - Coolstar Inc. and Refrigeration Sales Inc. have formed a partnership to serve the refrigeration and air conditioning markets. The new alliance will offer a line of products from components to custom assemblies.

Coolstar is a manufacturer of A/C hoses, assemblies, and evaporators. Refrigeration Sales, located in Jackson, Mich., manufactures A/C hose-end fittings, compressor service valves, back seating valves, and custom-made bent tube assemblies.

Coolstar will pursue QS9000 Certification in 2004. Refrigeration Sales anticipates having its ISO 9000-2000 Certification completed in March 2004.
