The ArcticPure™ water filtration system is an option on the manufacturer’s ice machines. This system incorporates multicomposite carbon block water filtration technology. As the water flows through the carbon matrix, the carbon absorbs chlorine and other contaminants. Features include a built-in scale inhibitor; dirt-holding capacity and fine-sediment reduction, quick-change housing, and a built-in valve-in head design, which allows cartridge changeout without turning off the water to the machine. Three models are available. Water filtration capacity ranges from 10,000 to 40,000 gallons and flow rates are from 0.75 to 1.5 gpm. This system replaces the Triliminator.
