Hart & Cooley Combines Brands
The Ward Industries brand consists of a complete range of ductwork accessory products for the residential and commercial HVAC market. These products include ductwork connectors, access doors, fire dampers, ceiling radiation dampers, gaskets, sealants, hangers, and ductwork tools. The AMPCO brand features a complete line of venting systems for chimneys, grease ducts, engine and turbine exhausts, and other applications.
According to Hart & Cooley, while Ward and AMPCO will retain their brand identities, the integration of the two names will provide more extensive customer service, as well as expanded technical products expertise for commercial customers.
"The collective strength of the Ward and AMPCO brands will provide an increased sales coverage, greater ability to service engineering requirements, and an extensive product offering to the commercial side of the HVAC industry," said Gary K. Henry, president of Hart & Cooley.
