ROCKVILLE, Md. — The Organizing Committee for the 21st International Congress of Refrigeration (ICR2003), convening Aug. 17-22 in Washington, has announced the availability of the “Final Invitation and Preliminary Program.” This brochure includes basic information registrants will need to plan and schedule their attendance at the conference, including dates and times for various technical sessions, plenary sessions, short courses, technical tours, and social programs.
Also included is the conference registration fee schedule and information regarding hotel reservations. According to the organizers, over 1,000 cooling, heating, and refrigeration engineers and scientists are expected to attend this technical event.
