The kit includes a sampling swab, instructions and information about mold, chain-of-custody form for sample tracking, and a prepaid mailer. Homeowners will receive a written analysis within seven to 10 days of mailing. The summary report advises the customer on what step to take next. The customer cost is $89.99.
