The SmartReader Plus 7 is a stand-alone, pocket-sized datalogger that has one internal temperature channel and seven analog inputs. The manufacturer says that with the appropriate transducers connected to it, the reader can measure and record variables such as relative humidity, pressure, current, voltage, flow, vibration, tank levels, torque, acceleration, and more. This datalogger can store up to 1 million readings. Settings can be changed and data downloaded remotely. Logged data can be retrieved to a PC, which can display the data statistically and graphically with TrendReader® for Windows® software. Or, the data can be exported to a spreadsheet program.
