  • Don Kemby has acquired Renfro-Franklin Company (Ontario, CA) and has renamed it RFC Wire Forms, Inc. The name change was initiated to more closely identify the company with its core business, which includes manufacturing fan guards, motor mounts, and wire racks.
  • Riello Burners North America (Mississauga, ON, Canada) and Eclipse Inc. (Rockford, IL) have formed a strategic alliance. The companies will co-market their technologies, including mutual distribution, co-branding, and new product development.
  • Gary Metal Mfg. LLC (Gary, IN) has purchased the assets of Gary Steel Products Corp. Gary Metal Mfg. will be headed by Frank Zudoc, Dave Strilich, and Jeff Strilich.
