A new line of HVAC relative humidity and temperature transmitters includes the Roline L, which is for the low-cost HVAC and OEM markets, while the Rotronic M Series is for HVAC markets requiring high-performance and flexibility, the manufacturer says. Both of them feature HygroClip digital signal processing hardware. According to the company, calibration is performed with software, eliminating the use of potentiometers; direct connection to the HygroPalm calibrator during field service is possible. The Roline L Series operates between 0% and 100% RH and 0 and 50 degrees C (32 to 122 degrees F) with an accuracy of ±3% RH and ± 0.5 degrees C. The M Series operates between 0% and 100% RH and -40 to 85 degrees C (-40 to 185 degrees F) with an accuracy of ±1.5% RH and ±0.3 degrees C. Options for this series include fixed and interchangeable probes, available local displays, networking, and calculated outputs, such as dewpoint and enthalpy.
