Virtual Solutions Inc.: CREDIT CARD PROCESSORS
The company has two new credit card processors. One transmits through NEXTEL Java-enabled telephones. The other is a transmitting terminal and printer combination unit that uses a secure data network. Visa and MasterCard transactions can be approved on the spot, the company says, without having to telephone the office and waiting on hold for voice authorization. According to the manufacturer, card authorizations are received in seven seconds virtually anywhere.
