The Maestro™ icemaker produces 400 lb of Chewblet™ ice in a 24-hr period. This form of chewable nugget ice is slow melting, which allows beverages to remain colder longer. It can also be used in ice packs and in laboratory applications. Features of the icemaker include a stainless steel jacket evaporator, use of R-404A, and improved top and bottom bearings. All of the company’s dispensers use the Maestro icemaker to produce ice; this single, modular concept means that technicians only have to learn one icemaker and keep one set of parts in stock.
