MILWAUKEE, WI — The Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) has paid tribute to several members from the southeast United States.

Ernest Murphy, a member of the Augusta (GA) Chapter, was named RSES Member of the Year during the association's recent annual conference in Milwaukee, WI. He was cited for outstanding contribution to or through RSES for the advancement of the industry.

Kenneth Bachner, who is Region 5 Director for a territory that encompasses Florida and Georgia, was elected International Secretary during the same conference. He will continue as regional director while adding secretary duties.

And RSES paid tribute to Jay Huddelson, a member of the Middle Tennessee Chapter, who passed away on Oct. 13. He was 71 and retired from Ed's Supply Co. after serving 20 years in the military. He was a 15-year RSES member and held numerous elected offices in the local chapter as well as state and regional associations within RSES. His wife Ceel is RSES Auxiliary President. The auxiliary is made up of spouses of RSES members.
