Comprehensive Energy Services Inc. (CES) (Altamonte Springs, FL) will be providing hvac for the Hillcrest Elementary School in Orlando, FL, under its contract with general contractor Turner Construction Co. (Orlando, FL). The project includes major hvac and plumbing renovations in the existing two-story building, as well as construction of a new two-story building. The expected completion date for the project is Aug. 2001.
RHP Mechanical Systems, Inc. (Reno, NV) has been named Subcontractor of the Year at the 2000 American Institute of Architects (AIA) Northern Nevada Bravo Awards celebration. To win this award, RHP demonstrated outstanding service to the architectural and local community. The statewide AIA Bravo awards recognize local general contractors, subcontractors, and interior designers for their contributions and efforts to those in the practice of architecture.
Armstrong Air & Heating (Ocoee, FL) will donate two new furnaces to the West Orange County Chamber of Commerce. In September of this year, Armstrong also donated the equipment and labor required to upgrade the air conditioning system at the facility, just in time for their grand opening event.
