Consolidators for the Week: Blue Dot Services

Mark Olinghouse, former owner and co-founder of SDCorp (Altoona, IA), announces that he has reached an agreement to buy the company back from Blue Dot Services (Sunrise, FL). SDCorp was created to assist independent contractors in growing their commercial hvac service business. According to Olinghouse, the strategy of Blue Dot to primarily pursue residential replacement and only limited light commercial service indicated the best interests of SDCorp would be to return to independent status.
