S Mechanical Technologies (Itasca, IL), a Chicagoland mechanical services contractor for commercial-industrial properties, has changed its name to Allpoints to more accurately reflect its service offerings. “We provide more than just mechanical services,” explains Tim Gerhardt, president and founder. “We also assist our customers with their electrical, plumbing, engineering, and construction services.”

Two ComfortSystems USA (Tempe, AZ) companies, North American Mechanical (Deforest, WI) and Accurate Air Systems (Houston, TX), received national excellence in construction honors during the Associated Builders and Contractors’ (ABC’s) March convention in San Antonio, TX.

— Accurate Air Systems was honored in the “under $2 million” category for renovating a 120,000-sq-ft facility for Core Laboratories, Houston.

— North American Mechanical won in the “$2 million to $10 million” category for renovating and upgrading Homestead High School, Mequon, WI.

Jennings Heating Co. (Akron, OH) is a new member of Excellence Alliance, Inc. (EAI).

S.L. Page Corp. (Fort Myers, FL) is now a part of Encompass Services Corp. and is operating as Encompass Mechanical Services — Southwest Florida.
