SYRACUSE, NY — Carrier Corp., based here, has acquired Air Engineering and Conditioning Company, an hvac manufacturers’ representative based in Kalamazoo, MI.

Andy Swanson, Carrier Commercial Sales general manager, said, “Air Engineering’s superb sales engineers and business acumen will serve to be extremely beneficial, and complementary to Carrier’s complete commercial selling efforts in Michigan.”

Air Engineering principal shareholders Eric Blalock and James Knott will join Swanson in leading the “enhanced” commercial sales organization.
