American Subcontractors Association

The American Subcontractors Association (ASA) has published theAddendum to Standard Form of Agreement Between Design-Builder and Subcontractor AGC 450-455 (1999). Developed because of concerns regarding the design-build forms published by the AGC (Associated General Contractors of America), the addendum can be attached to either AGC Form 450 or Form 455 to neutralize one-sided provisions in the documents.
