Milwaukee Electric Tool Corp.: Cordless Rotary Hammer
October 9, 2006
The 0756-22 cordless 1-inch compact SDS rotary hammer is designed to provide contractors with corded rotary hammer power and versatility in a compact, lightweight package. Powered by V28 lithium-ion technology, the hammer provides consistent, fade-free power and superior run time, said the company. It has three modes of operation: rotary hammer, drill only, and chipping. The hammer can be used for concrete, wood, and steel drilling and light chiseling applications. A chisel adjustment mode allows the user to adjust the chisel bit to the work piece to maintain a comfortable tool orientation when chipping. The compact L-shaped design positions the operator's hand directly behind the drill bit for optimal balance. Features include a nonslip soft grip, two-finger variable-speed trigger, a 1-inch solid bit drilling capacity in concrete, an optimal concrete drilling range of 3/16-3/4 of an inch, and a reversible motor that delivers 4,700 BPM and 2.1 foot-pounds of impact energy.
