Rheem Debuts Loyalty Program for Multi-Trade Contractors

ATLANTA — Rheem Manufacturing Co. has announced its new Multi-Trade Pro Partner Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing program in response to what the company says is a growing need for a single program for contractors working in multiple trades.
Rheem’s new program expands its Rheem and Ruud Pro Partner programs into a loyalty initiative that supports contractors who sell heating and cooling and water-heating products.
“Rheem Manufacturing offers a unique and comprehensive portfolio of residential solutions, providing a true single-source partner for both HVAC and plumbing contractors,” said Randy Roberts, vice president of wholesale at Rheem North America, in a press release. “This new Pro Partner Program reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to support all types of trade professionals who power the industry. By bringing together heating, cooling, and water-heating under one enhanced loyalty platform, we’re equipping contractors with more tools, stronger incentives, and greater support to help grow their businesses and better serve their customers.”
The Multi-Trade Pro Partner Program provides contractors with insider access to Rheem’s full line of products while delivering resources that help strengthen long-term business growth, the press release said. It rewards contractors for their dedication to the sale, installation, and service of Rheem products. Based on business size and participation, Pro Partners can realize more than $75,000 in program value annually, the press release said.
The new Pro Partner Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing Program provides value across four pillars:
• Consumer experience: Designed to build homeowner confidence while helping contractors increase business, the program incorporates the manufacturer’s Quality Pledge, Residential KwikComfort Financing, and ratings and reviews tools.
• Contractor incentives: Strengthened through exclusive seasonal, manufacturer-administered promotions, contractors can take advantage of a myriad of offerings, including stackable Seasonal CashBack and Residential KwikComfort Financing. Participating contractors can also earn ProClub Rewards points on eligible equipment purchases and receive $1,000 in bonus ProClub points, further increasing the program’s return on investment.
• Training and education: Pro Partners gain access to Interplay Learning courses and Rheem’s Premier Innovation Learning Centers, where hands-on training helps contractors expand technical expertise and business capabilities.
