HVAC Price Increase List: February 2026
The upward pricing trend that rang in the new year is continuing in February, with a steady stream of HVACR manufacturers announcing increases throughout the month. While most adjustments again landed in the low- to mid-single-digit range, several manufacturers implemented “various” increases by product category, and select product groups moved higher. Parts, accessories, ventilation products, coils, and copper-influenced components accounted for much of the activity, reflecting ongoing material and manufacturing cost pressures.
AirCool: 8% increase, effective February 1
Aprilaire: 2.5-11% increase, with most items seeing a 5% adjustment, effective February 1
EWC Controls: 3.5% increase, effective February 1
Macurco: 8% increase, effective February 1
MicroAir: 5% increase, effective February 1
Navac: 0-10% increase, with some higher exceptions; select models (NEF6LM, NKS2, NTB7L) saw price decreases, effective February 1

Reflectix: 4% increase, effective February 1

Southwire: Price increase effective February 6; extension cords increased 7% effective February 16
Grundfos Pumps: Various increases by product, effective February 8
Aeris Metal Linesets: Copper-driven increase, with percentage changes varying by item, effective February 9
Hart & Cooley: 4% increase, effective February 11
S&P USA Ventilation Systems: 0-7% increase, varying by product group, effective February 15
Lennox: Up to 7% increase on residential products, parts, and supplies, effective February 16
Aspen Coils: Various increases, effective February 18
