Lennox International Inc. (Richardson, Texas) purchased the HVAC division of NSI Industries (Huntersville, N.C.) for approximately $550 million cash from Sentinel Capital Partners (New York).

Jack Rabbit Air Conditioning (Tampa, Fla.) announced plans to expand into the Ocala, Florida, market.
MANUFACTURERS
Craig Bryan was named vice president of finance at Rinnai America Corp. (Peachtree City, Fla.) and joined the company’s executive leadership team.
Cyrus Gardner was appointed national sales manager at Koldwave (Westfield, Mass.). He succeeds Ted Altmire, who is retiring.
Viega North America (Broomfield) was awarded LEED Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (Washington) for its new plant in Mantua, Ohio.
Mestek Inc. (Westfield, Mass.) partnered with BioTherm (Cotati, Calif.) to bring Mestek’s Sterling HVAC and RBI products to controlled agricultural environments.
