The event saw more first-time attendees than ever before (210 of them) and once again hosted live streaming and podcasting directly from the conference headquarters in the Kalahari Resort and Convention Center.

And no Summit would be complete without the Annual Awards Banquet, where NCI recognizes outstanding achievements by High-Performance HVAC contractors across North America. 

Dominick Guarino always says that the awards part of Summit is his favorite. “It's an opportunity for us to shine a bright light on the real heroes of this group,” he explains. 

This year's awards went to the following:

•    John Garofalo Implementation Excellence Award — Hearn Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling

•    Jim Davis Technical Excellence Award — Mitch Bailey, Comfort Heroes

•    Rob Falke Servant Leadership Award — Bryan Orr, Kalos Services

•    Scott Johnson Training Excellence Award — Greg Wallace, Progressive Heating and Air

•    Spirit of Excellence Award — Jim Bergmann, measureQuick

•    Sales Excellence Award — Darren McDonald, Progressive Heating & Air, Newnan, Georgia

•    Vendor Partner of the Year Award — Bill Spohn, TruTech Tools

•    The NCI 2024 Chairman's Award — Brian Wright, Crossway Mechanical, Tromball, Texas
