HVAC Price Increase List: October 2025

October brought a broad round of HVAC/R price actions across parts, tools, hardware, and raw materials. Most adjustments landed in the mid-single digits (4-6%), with notable double-digit moves in select categories (e.g., Jones Stephens up to 25%, ICM Controls up to 18%, Easyflex up to 14%). Copper-linked updates (Copper +5% on Oct. 1) and tariff pass-throughs were frequently cited — particularly for Stanley Black & Decker (reciprocal-tariff impact), Panasonic’s IAQ division, and Simpson Strong-Tie. Unlike September, there were no major reductions reported this month.

IBC (Tankless Heaters): Various increases, effective October 1
DiversiTech: Various increases, effective October 1
Copper: 5% increase, effective October 1
Artis Sheet Metal: 4% general increase, effective October 1
Jones Stephens: 5-25% increase (varies by group), effective October 1
McDaniel Metals: 8-10% increase (select categories), effective October 1
Stanley Black & Decker (DeWalt/Lenox/Irwin): ~10% tariff-related increase (excludes Mexico & Canada), effective October 1
Spectronics (Spectroline): Up to 5% increase, effective October 1
Western Enterprises: 4% blended increase (previously announced for Aug. 1), effective October 1

Southwire: Various increases, effective October 3

Copeland (Compressors): 5% increase, effective October 6
NTI: 4-6% increase, effective October 6

MARS: 5% increase on most items (some higher), effective October 10

ICP Parts: Various increases, effective October 13

Design Polymerics: Increase on DP2590 product, effective October 15
Panasonic (IAQ Division): Increase on select products (tariff-related), effective October 15
Simpson Strong-Tie: 7-10% on items with imported materials/components; 10% on imported finished goods, effective October 15
