Trane Opens Commercial Sales Facility in Idaho

RIBBON-CUTTING: Trane employees and members of the Nampa Chamber of Commerce gathered last month for the grand opening of a Trane commercial sales facility in Nampa, Idaho.
NAMPA, Idaho — Trane Technologies celebrated the grand opening of its Trane commercial sales office in Nampa, Idaho, on July 23.
The 26,000 square-foot facility will serve as a hub for operations and sales for Trane’s commercial business in Idaho, offering comprehensive training for customers and a warehouse with more than 100 units ready for shipment or pickup, a press release from the company said.
“Today, we celebrate the opening of our new office in Nampa, a clear demonstration of our dedication to providing cutting-edge solutions to our customers in Treasure Valley and throughout Idaho,” said Mario Ruiz, general manager for Utah and Idaho for Trane. “This facility embodies our unwavering commitment to innovation, excellence, and community engagement.”
The facility features a significantly enhanced parts department, with more than double the operational area of a Trane supply store in the area that closed in 2020. The department’s enhancements include a new will-call center and a parts staging area.
The office currently employs 22 staff members and is designed to accommodate future growth, the press release said.
Officials with the Nampa Chamber of Commerce joined Trane representatives for the official ribbon-cutting, which was followed by a tour of the facility. Attendees also had the opportunity to learn about Brainbox AI and Trane’s Symbio controller and check out booths showcasing merchandise from various partners. Customers also met with account managers, who provided tours of the facility’s warehouse.
