Description: Array is a networked air purification system featuring building management system (BMS) integration via BACnet/IP. As the first localized air monitoring and purification system with direct BMS control, Array offers facility managers real-time visibility and centralized command over indoor air quality (IAQ), enabling adjustments to fan speed, lighting, Quiet Mode, and filter settings — all from a single BMS interface. Array continuously monitors and reacts to conditions using sensors for particulate matter, occupancy, temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide, TVOCs, and air pressure. This sensor-driven response system — powered by patented EnviroSmart+ technology — automatically adjusts performance based on occupancy and air quality trends. Its high-efficiency H13 True HEPA filtration captures 99.95% of contaminants as small as 0.1 microns. Designed for both new construction and retrofit projects, Array is ductwork-free, easy to install, and scalable. It also supports ESG goals and contributes to LEED, WELL, and Fitwel certifications. By reducing the need for high ventilation rates, it lowers HVAC wear and energy consumption, providing lasting efficiency gains.
