Since joining Neuco in 2017, Finco has served as senior director of finance, a role in which she led the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and tax-compliance functions. Her leadership has been instrumental in establishing sound financial policies, supporting interdepartmental decision-making, and ensuring Neuco’s continued financial strength, the press release said.

With more than 20 years of accounting experience — including a decade in public accounting at BKD LLP (formerly Wolf & Company) — Finco brings deep expertise and a steady hand to her new position. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Marquette University, a master’s degree in taxation from Northern Illinois University, and is a licensed certified public accountant in Illinois.
