Carrier Dealers Celebrate Success in Boston

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. — Carrier dealers gathered in Boston, Massachusetts, recently for the 2025 Carrier Factory-Authorized Dealers National Meeting to celebrate achievements and recognize the industry's top performers.
The event highlighted the dedication and hard work of Carrier dealers that have demonstrated exceptional performance and commitment to customer satisfaction, according to a press release from the company. Carrier is a part of Carrier Global Corp.
The meeting featured two days of HVAC training sessions, totaling more than 4,000 training hours. Entrepreneur Kevin O'Leary, one of the investors on the television show “Shark Tank,” shared insights on business growth and leadership during a keynote speech.
The awards celebration included a reception, opening remarks, dinner, and the awards presentation. The highlight was the Hall of Fame 2025 inductee ceremony, during which individuals and companies were honored for their contributions to the HVAC industry.
Here are the award winners in two different categories:
• Lifetime Achievement Award: Bud Mingledorff, chairman of the board at Mingledorff’s Inc. was honored with the Carrier Distributor Lifetime Achievement Award for his visionary leadership and dedication to the HVAC industry, the press release said.
Mingledorff’s philosophy centers on investing in employees' success, a philosophy that has guided his every decision and contributed to the prosperity of the company, the press release said. Under his leadership, the company expanded its reach significantly, growing to more than 41 locations across the Southeast.
• Hall of Fame: Roxann Mullen Donahue of Mullen Refrigeration Service Inc. of Latrobe, Pennsylvania, and Tom Boylan of Lakeside Service Company Inc. in Brighton, Michigan, were inducted into the Carrier Dealer Hall of Fame.

Mullen Donahue, the Hall of Fame's first principal female inductee, and Boylan have both shown unwavering commitment to their communities, and their dedication to customer service has made them respected leaders in the industry, the press release said.
In addition, several dozen companies won the Carrier’ President’s Award, which recognizes companies that have achieved high scores on a set of criteria established by Carrier. These criteria seek to identify model Carrier factory-authorized dealers whose performance demonstrated year-over-year growth with a continual emphasis on customer satisfaction.
The award uses a weighted matrix that levels the playing field among dealerships of all sizes.
