Blue Star, a family-owned business, has been operating since 1938 and has approximately 200 employees. It serves more than 75,000 square miles across 14 markets, with locations in Arizona, California, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.

EC Power, also a family-owned business, was founded in in 1996 in Denmark, where it has established itself as a manufacturer of CHP systems. The company has more than 25 patents to its name.

EC Power has installed more than 15,000 units across 27 countries and has expanded its operations to the U.S. In 2023, EC Power established facilities in Smithfield, Rhode Island.
