New Twin City COO Will 'Enhance Efficiency,' Firm Says

MINNEAPOLIS — Twin City Fan Companies Ltd. (TCFC), which manufactures air-moving equipment in South Dakota and Tennessee, has hired James Larson as the new COO.
Larson will lead the company’s efforts to drive operational excellence across TCFC, positioning the company for continued growth and success in today’s dynamic business environment, a press release from the company said.
“Strengthening our operations and fostering innovation will drive Twin City Fan’s continued success. With James Larson’s leadership, we’ll enhance efficiency and remain an industry leader,” said Michael McCann, president of TCFC.
A South Dakota native, Larson has a degree in industrial engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. He brings 34 years of extensive experience in manufacturing, product design, account management, and supply chain, and has a track record of driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and building strong teams.
“I’m thrilled to join Twin City Fan and eager to immerse myself in this business. This company has a rich history of serving its customers with excellence, and I look forward to working alongside our team and partners to build on that success,” said Larson.
Most recently, Larson served as president of Cass Precision Machining, where he led efforts to improve customer experience and financial performance while developing a high-performing team, the press release said.
