Del-Air Expands With Acquisition of Florida Contractor

ORLANDO, Fla. — Del-Air Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Electric is expanding its service area into the Sarasota, Bradenton, and Tampa markets in Florida with the acquisition of Gator Air Conditioning, a residential HVAC service provider.
“We look forward to improving our coverage for customers in Central Florida,” Rick Rogers, CEO of Del-Air, said in a Del-Air press release. “Our expanded presence in this market strengthens our footprint across Florida, which means we will be able to bring our top-tier services to more people throughout the state.”
Gator Air Conditioning has offered HVAC services for residents in Manatee and Sarasota counties for more than two decades. The company provides heating and air conditioning services and IAQ testing for residential and light commercial applications. All of Gator’s work comes with a six-month “Fixed Right the First Time” guarantee, the press release said.
