LAS VEGAS — National Technical Institute, a state-approved trade school that offers fast-track training in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, has announced key leadership appointments to strengthen its mission of delivering high-quality trade education and career readiness.
Rick Jackson, former director of NTI’s Phoenix campus, has been promoted to COO. With more than 25 years of experience in education and operations, Jackson is now responsible for overseeing all three NTI campuses —in Las Vegas, Nevada, Phoenix, Arizona, and Houston, Texas — focusing on operational excellence while pursuing growth objectives. In his new role, he will drive campus performance, strengthen educational programs, and spearhead strategic initiatives to enhance NTI’s position in trade education, an NTI press release said.
“Rick’s promotion reflects his deep commitment to NTI’s mission and his proven ability to inspire instructional excellence and champion student success,” said Ryan Woodward, CEO of NTI. “We are confident that his leadership will continue to strengthen NTI’s position as a leader in trade education.”
“As campus director I have seen first-hand how trade education transforms lives,” Jackso said. “The skilled trades offer incredible opportunities right now, and I am passionate about expanding NTI’s reach to help more students launch rewarding careers. Our instructors and staff across all campuses share this commitment, and together we’ll build on NTI’s strong foundation.”
Jeff Kozloski has been appointed as the director of NTI’s Phoenix campus. Formerly the director of admissions at DeVry University, Kozloski brings extensive experience in recruitment strategy, campus operations, and student engagement. Over his career, he has developed and implemented strategic recruitment plans, led national training initiatives, and built processes aimed at improving student experiences and operational efficiency, NTI’s press release said.
“My goal is to empower NTI students through their education and provide a pathway to a flourishing career,” Kozloski said. “I am excited to become part an institution that is dedicated to fostering the next generation of trade professionals.”
