Home Services Company Del-Air Acquires Fla. Contractor

ORLANDO, Fla. — Del-Air Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Electric has acquired ARS/Rescue Rooter Vero Beach.
ARS/Rescue Rooter Vero Beach serves Florida’s east coast with plumbing, air conditioning, and heating services. The new partnership will provide ARS/Rescue Rooter customers and clients a full suite of home services from Del-Air, including air conditioning, air purification, plumbing, and complete household electrical, ventilation, and air duct services, a press release from Del-Air said.
Del-Air is majority owned by Astara Capital Partners.
“Homeowners serviced by ARS Vero Beach and throughout Florida’s eastern coastline can now take advantage of all the home services Del-Air provides central Florida homeowners,” said Rick Rogers, the CEO of Del-Air. “Our collaboration with ARS Vero Beach is intended to help provide a premier home comfort experience for all ARS Vero Beach homes and businesses.”
