Simpson Strong-Tie announced its acquisition of Mesa, Arizona-based QuickFrames USA, LLC.
QuickFrames’ pre-engineered structural support systems for commercial construction include Bolt-in and Drop-in roof frames that reinforce roofs in locations where openings have been created to make room for HVAC and other large equipment needs. Their rail-system frames easily adjust to fill those gaps, adding support to the open areas. To date, builders have installed more than 65,000 QuickFrames products.
“For QuickFrames employees and customers, this acquisition signifies a new beginning, where passion for innovation meets a legacy of strength,” said Chase Sebastian, managing partner, QuickFrames USA. “As we join forces with Simpson Strong-Tie, they are not just acquiring a company but embracing a vision. Together, we stand stronger, ready to redefine construction standards and inspire a new era of building excellence.”
Since 2015, QuickFrames has grown into a major player in structural roofing solutions. The company manufactures and sells specially designed products to solve common industry problems for a wide customer base not limited to general contractors, fabricators, and structural engineers.
“We’re thrilled to acquire QuickFrames as it expands our product and service offerings, aligning perfectly with our goal of providing bolted solutions to the structural steel industry,” said Ryan Kaelin, Simpson Strong-Tie senior vice president market development – construction solutions. “QuickFrames, a remarkable business that has seen amazing growth since its inception, will help us deliver substantial labor and time savings to our customers.”
