German Valve Company Acquires Warren Controls

BETHLEHEM, Pa. — ARI-Armaturen Albert Richter GmbH & Co. KG, a valve company based in Germany, has acquired Warren Controls Inc., a control valve company based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
The acquisition is part of ARI-Armaturen’s plan to expand its presence in the U.S., the company said in a press release. The acquisition of Warren Controls brings to ARI-Armaturen a wealth of expertise in the control valve industry that will complement its existing capabilities, the company said. The acquisition will also enable ARI-Armaturen to expand its product portfolio and offer customers a wider range of products and services, the company said.

ARI-Armaturen offers a wide range of industrial valves and related services to customers in HVAC, shipbuilding, machine-building, the chemical industry, and other industries. Warren Controls offers control valves and services to customers in several industries, including building systems and commercial industrial HVAC.
