Copeland also discusses emerging technologies that can only improve IAQ as the world knows it, and the role that the education of HVAC contractors (and then their customers) play in it. After all, customers and HVAC contractors might know that IAQ should be improved at all costs, but do they actually understand what they are breathing in every day, and how it can be rectified.
