PHILADELPHIA — Sila Services LLC has made two acquisitions, Glasco Heating & Air Conditioning and Essential Power Systems.

The additions represent a further expansion of Sila’s ability to serve more customers, with more solutions, across the Connecticut and New York region, a press release from the company said.

Glasco Heating & Air Conditioning, founded in 1994 and based in South Windsor, Connecticut,  serves residential customers in much of the state providing heating, air-conditioning, and IAQ services.

Essential Power Systems, based in Lagrangeville, New York, is an installer of backup generator power solutions. With its focus on installations, maintenance, and emergency services, Essential Power Systems is the brand name customers seek out for outstanding service across the Hudson Valley region and beyond.
