Ph.D. student collecting anonymous health data from those in the field and outside it

INDIANA, Pa. — Mike Seifert, a Ph.D. candidate in the safety sciences program at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, is collecting anonymous health data via an online survey in order to study the potential health implications of certain occupational exposures for HVAC technicians and operators compared to the general population.
Both HVAC technicians and operators as well as people who don’t work in the HVAC industry are encouraged to participate. The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete; is anonymous; and, when completed, offers the participant the chance to enter a raffle for one of 10 $100 Amazon gift cards.
Any member of the general public in any occupation is welcome to take the survey and become eligible for a chance to win a gift card.
The survey can be accessed through this link and taken on any internet-connected device or computer.
