DULUTH, Ga. — DiversiTech^® Corp., a manufacturer and supplier of HVACR components and related products, entered into a definitive agreement to purchase Pro1 Thermostats, a heating and cooling technology company. This acquisition is designed to reinforce DiversiTech’s position in the HVACR industry and expand its product offerings.

The launch of the company’s next generation of thermostats and Pro1 Connect App offers Wi-Fi thermostat models designed for nearly every application.
