PEWAUKEE, Wis. — The Larson family announced that they have entered a partnership through Gustave A. Larson Company and Applied Product Solutions (APS) with Hajoca Corporation.

Founded in 1936, Gustave A. Larson Company is a supplier of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) equipment, parts and supplies. Hajoca Corporation is a privately held wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating and cooling, and industrial supplies. Founded in 1858, Hajoca currently consists of 450+ locally managed locations operating under 50+ different regionally established trade names.

Together with Hajoca’s philosophy of supporting teammates as they “live into their dream” and Larson’s focus on their core values of learning, attitude, results, service, collaboration, and integrity — this combination of shared values and business principles supports the perpetuity of the Larson culture and viability into the next generation.

This partnership accelerates Hajoca’s strategic intent to become a leader in the North American HVAC market. The Larson team will collaborate with the Hajoca HVAC divisions in the US and Canada to build a world class business with a drive for local market leadership. We will build on the legacies and leverage the best of both worlds in combining Hajoca’s 165 years of experience in plumbing and industrial supplies with Larson’s 86 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration.

“Larson has built a strong reputation for setting a new standard in supporting their customers and people," Rick Fantham, chief executive officer of Hajoca stated. "I love their focus on making it easy by making it personal. I admire the Larson way of values-based leadership and being driven to provide impactful business solutions. I am energized by the opportunity to work with Andrew and Scott and their teams to build on their legacy and support their vision of growth and opportunity.”

“We couldn’t be more excited to join the Hajoca team. Their core values of fairness and caring, trust and respect, generous listening, and straight talk match up perfectly with our Larson values," said Scott Larson, CEO of Gustave A. Larson Company. "The combination of the two organizations ensures the Larson legacy as a family business and will allow us to grow and serve our customers into the future. We are excited by the possibilities for organic growth as well as being a welcoming home for HVACR owners and companies that share our values to join us.”
