Carrier Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
Carrier has conditionally committed $10 million in growth equity to Montana Technologies to foster commercialization of Montana's AirJoule technology.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. — Carrier Global Corporation, a global provider of healthy, safe, sustainable, and intelligent building and cold chain solutions, announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per outstanding share of Carrier common stock. The dividend will be payable on Nov. 21, 2022, to shareowners of record at the close of business on Oct. 28, 2022.
