Flame Furnace: Training Technicians with Simulation Boards

The ACHR NEWS’ web editor, Layan Dahhan, visited Flame Furnace in Warren, Michigan, to find out how the company trains its technicians to troubleshoot furnace and a/c units.

David Goodman, an instructor at Heartland Academy — which has a training facility at Flame — explained how his students use simulation boards to help learn the ins and outs of furnace and a/c units, in a controlled setting.
