DiversiTech Acquires Spin Tools from Cimport
Acquisition provides HVACR distributors and technicians access to flaring and swaging tools
DULUTH, Ga. — DiversiTech Corp. announced that it has acquired Spin Tools from Cimport. The acquisition was completed on September 30, 2020.
