DAVIE, Fla. — Air Pros Residential and Commercial Air Conditioning Services (Air Pros USA) announced the appointment of Steve Weber as its national director of operations. Weber’s appointment comes at a key moment in Air Pros USA’s development as the company expands operations to multiple new cities and states as part of its 2020 strategy. A veteran in the industry, Weber will oversee Air Pros’ operations across 12 locations in Florida, Colorado, Georgia, Texas, and Washington, and lead the operations support functions with expansion into new markets.

Born and raised in the trades, Weber has over 20 years of experience in the HVAC, plumbing, and electric industry. Over the years, Weber assisted multimillion-dollar businesses and coached business owners and leaders in new methods and business practices. Prior to joining Air Pros USA, Weber was a regional sales manager at Watsco Ventures overseeing product and software development, implementation, and providing business consultation and coaching assistance. 

“As a former United States Marine, I understand the importance of having strong operational machinery for any plan or business to succeed,” said Weber. “I was blown away by the success and growth Air Pros has had in just a couple of years, and I am looking forward to helping the company grow and maximize its reputation across all current markets and future additions.”

Weber holds a Master HVAC License in multiple states and many specialized HVAC certifications, along with being a business and industry consultant, technical trainer, and testing proctor.
