Motion Industries Announces Acquisition of Motion Control/Automation Company
Acquires Applied Machine and Motion Control Inc.
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Motion Industries Inc. announced that it has completed the acquisition of Applied Machine and Motion Control Inc. (AMMC). The transaction closed with an effective date of September 1, 2020.
