Southern HVAC Acquires Austin-based Precision Heating & Air Conditioning
Acquisition completed on June 30
MAITLAND, Fla. — Southern HVAC Corporation has announced the acquisition of Precision Heating & Air Conditioning. The acquisition was completed on June 30 and marks Southern HVAC’s seventh transaction and second location in Texas, complementing their existing Austin-based Fox Service Company location. Precision Heating & Air Conditioning will continue to operate under its current brand name and receive enhanced customer service, technology, training, and product support from Southern HVAC and Fox Service Company leadership teams.
