While HVAC is an older industry, there are a lot of younger professionals making a difference. The ACHR NEWS would like to highlight these individuals in our Top 40 Under 40 Contest. The contest will be spotlighting the younger professionals that are driving the industry into the next generation.

Many young people are doing great things in the industry. They are taking leadership roles in contracting, distribution, instruction, and manufacturing sectors, challenging the HVAV world to develop and transform in new ways as time goes on.
