Daikin Launches New 2-Year Unit Replacement Limited Warranties
Offering began on February 1
HOUSTON — Daikin North America LLC is enriching limited warranty coverage for select 13- and 14-SEER air conditioners, heat pumps, and packaged units.
Beginning February 1, a 2-year unit replacement limited warranty will now complement Daikin’s robust 12-year parts limited warranty covering the following products:
Condensing Units: DX14SN, DX13SN, DZ14SN
Residential Packaged Units: DP14CM, DP14CH, DP14HH, DP14HM, DP14GM
This new 2-year unit replacement limited warranty does not apply to gas furnaces. All Daikin gas furnaces are already covered by either a 6- or 12-year unit replacement limited warranty. Existing extended limited warranty protection remains in place for all other Daikin products.
When properly registered online within 60 days after installation, Daikin’s new 2-year unit replacement limited warranty will replace the original unit, for the original homeowner, due to a compressor or tubular heat exchanger failure during the first two years after the installation date. Registration is not required for California or Quebec residents.
