Fundamentals of Working With Flammable Refrigerants

ORLANDA, Fla. — The Institute of Refrigeration (IoR) will present the seminar “Fundamentals of Working With Flammable Refrigerants” on Tuesday, Feb. 4, from 1:00 P.M. to 2:30 P.M. in room W312AB.
Not understanding the properties, safety, risk, and standards for low-GWP flammable refrigerants such as A2L/HFO blend refrigerants, R-32, and hydrocarbons can be a barrier to their use. This workshop, based on REAL Alternatives for LIFE courses and e-learning, will cover fundamentals of working with flow flammables, a short theory test, and certificate. It will explain how you can use these training courses and certification to help support the safe transition to these refrigerants.
